How is AI implementation different from AI consulting?
Consulting recommends. Implementation delivers. We do both on the same engagement, but the centre of gravity here is the build. By month three you have running systems in production. By month six the operating model has shifted.
We have an AI strategy already — can you just deliver?
Yes. If the strategy is solid, the diagnostic is short and we move to the build plan inside two weeks. If the strategy needs sharpening on its way to delivery, we will tell you on the first call and shape it together. Either way the deliverable is live software.
Will the implementation lock us into your tooling?
No. We do not have a proprietary platform. We deploy into your cloud, on your stack, using open or established tools. The code, the runbooks and the deployment pipelines leave with you. Your engineers extend the system after we hand it over.
