Who we are

This site is operated by Moonlab Ventures Ltd (trading as Moonlabs), a UK company. If you need to contact us about anything in this notice, email founders@homemove.com.

What we collect, and why

• Application form data. When you apply for the Incubator or Academy we collect your name, email, the company idea you describe, and the stage you select. We use it to assess your application and to reply.
• Email enquiries. If you email us, your email address and message are stored in our inbox, the same way they would be at any other business.
• Basic analytics. We collect aggregate, anonymised request data (pages viewed, country, device class). We do not use third-party advertising or remarketing trackers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data. To anyone.
• We do not run third-party adtech or remarketing pixels on this site.
• We do not buy mailing lists or scrape addresses from elsewhere.

Cookies

This site uses only the bare minimum cookies required for the application form session and CSRF protection. No analytics cookie banners are needed because we don't set non-essential cookies.

How long we keep things

Applications are kept for 24 months from receipt so we can revisit candidates between cohorts. Email correspondence we keep for as long as the business relationship is active, then delete on a periodic basis. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. Email founders@homemove.com and we will action a request inside 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO if you believe we have got something wrong.

Where data lives

Application data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted on DigitalOcean in the UK / EU region. Email correspondence lives in our standard business inbox. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA without a lawful basis.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if we change anything material. The "Last updated" date at the top will tell you when. There is no clever trick here — if something changes, we'll change the page.
