What is included in the £999 build fee?
A custom-built site — not a template — designed, written and deployed on a stack you own. Up to roughly five to seven pages, contact / enquiry forms, basic SEO, analytics, a real domain on your own hosting. Most sites land inside that scope; we will tell you on the first call if yours genuinely needs more.
What does the £99 / month cover?
Hosting on infrastructure we look after, monitoring and uptime alerting, security updates, a backup schedule and small content / copy / image changes through the month. It does not cover major new features or rebuilds — for those we quote a separate small build fee.
How is this different from a Wix or Squarespace site?
Wix and Squarespace are fine if you fit the template. Past that point you hit the limits of what they let you customise and you pay the platform a recurring fee anyway. We give you a real, custom site for the same money — with code you own and can take elsewhere.
I am an estate agent — can I really plug into home.co.uk, Homemove and homedata?
Yes. We run all three. If you are an estate or letting agency taking the £999 + £99 / month package, the integration is included at no extra retainer cost. Listings flow into home.co.uk, Homemove powers the transactional flow on your own site, and homedata.co.uk feeds live comparables and signal into your valuations and vendor pages.
Do I own the code and the design?
Yes. The site, the code, the designs, the content all belong to you. If you ever want to move on we hand over the repository and the deployment instructions. There is no lock-in.
Can I cancel the £99 / month at any time?
Yes. One month’s notice, no exit fees. You either keep the site running with us, or we hand it over so your in-house or new agency team can take it on.
