How is this different from an AI consultant?

Most AI consultants leave a slide deck. We leave production systems your team owns. We diagnose, build and operate — not advise and exit. If a piece of work cannot be shipped to live in the engagement, we will tell you on the first call.

Do you build, or just advise?

Both, in that order. The diagnostic is the advice. The build is the rest. We do not run multi-month strategy phases. Every engagement is structured so that real code is shipped inside the first quarter.

Is our data safe?

Yes. We default to deployments inside your own cloud and your own controls. We sign NDAs and DPAs as standard, treat your data the way we treat ours at home.co.uk and Homemove, and never train external models on your data without an explicit written agreement.
