The site

This website is a marketing site operated by Moonlab Ventures Ltd trading as Moonlabs. Everything on it is provided for information. Reading a page does not create a contract or an obligation on our part. The actual offerings — Incubator, Academy, Forward Deployment — are governed by separate written agreements once you join them.

Applications

Submitting the application form is an expression of interest. It does not guarantee a place. We read every application personally and respond within a week. Selection is on motivation and fit. Submitting an application gives us permission to contact you about it; it does not subscribe you to anything.

The Incubator agreement

If we agree to take a company through the Incubator, the relationship is governed by a separate written agreement covering the 1% tech-for-equity slice, the 10% success fee on capital raised, the £999 commitment fee paid on signing (credited back in full against the 10% success fee at round close), the scope of build work, and the network introductions. The terms on this page do not constitute that agreement.

The Academy agreement

Acceptance onto the Academy is confirmed by a separate written learner agreement covering tuition (£6,000 / 12 weeks), payment schedule, attendance expectations, and the intellectual property of the projects you ship during the cohort. Your project IP remains yours.

Forward Deployment

Forward Deployment engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work covering retainer, hourly rate, scope, and deliverables. Terms differ per engagement.

Everything we publish — including the Field Notes essays — is © Moonlab Ventures Ltd unless otherwise marked. You are welcome to quote short extracts with credit and a link back. If you'd like to republish in full, please email founders@homemove.com.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
