I am at a high-street estate agency without much tech investment. Is this realistic?
Yes — arguably one of the strongest fits. AI tooling has collapsed the on-ramp; we have taken senior non-coding professionals through to a deployed product in twelve weeks. The property fluency you bring is most of what you need.
Will I learn how to evaluate proptech AI products too?
Yes. After twelve weeks of building you can read a Rightmove AI, Reapit, PriceHubble or AskPorter demo with operator-grade scepticism. The procurement conversations afterwards are fundamentally different.
How does Moonlabs being a property operator change the course?
