A property-agency website for the firm that does it all.
For UK property agencies running multiple disciplines under one roof — sales, lettings, commercial, new homes, land. £999 to build, £99 a month, one site that handles every discipline cleanly.
One-off build fee. Branded around your agency, wired into your CRM feed, with discipline-specific pages that read like specialist subsites.
Hosting, monitoring, security, and changes across every discipline every month. New branch, new team member, new development — covered.
One site, five disciplines if you need them. Each one with its own listing schema and the right conventions for the buyer type.
Brief usMulti-discipline firms outgrow single-discipline templates.
Most UK property-tech website templates were designed for the high-street residential sales agent. If your firm runs sales AND lettings AND commercial AND new homes AND land, the template breaks. The lettings stock shows up next to office-block units in the same gallery. The new-homes microsite has the same chrome as the brochure pages. A buyer who wants to talk about a 5,000 sq ft retail unit gets the same residential-flavoured enquiry form as a first-time buyer asking about a flat.
The fix is not "more templates" — it is a real site with discipline-specific schemas, designs and CTAs underneath one brand. We build that, on the same Laravel + Tailwind stack we run Homemove, home.co.uk and homedata.co.uk on. £999 to build, £99 a month to run all five disciplines, with the home.co.uk / Homemove / homedata.co.uk integration included for the residential side.
Powered by the portal, the transaction and the data.
Moonlabs runs home.co.uk, Homemove and homedata.co.uk. Your property-agency Moonlabs site plugs into all three for the residential side — portal exposure for sales-and-lettings stock, transactional flows for offers, and live comparables for the valuation page — at the same flat £99 a month.
-
home.co.uk — residential sales and lettings on Britain’s original property portal, founded 1995. -
Homemove — the AI-powered transactional flow, branded for your agency. -
homedata.co.uk — live comparables and market signal across valuations and vendor pages.
What the site does for each discipline.
Five discipline lines a multi-discipline UK property agency typically runs. What the public site does, what the CRM feeds, what the portals plug into.
Not every firm runs all five — if you only do sales and lettings, the site is leaner. The point is that the disciplines you run get the conventions buyers in that discipline expect, instead of every property being forced through a residential template.
One brand. Many shapes.
One CRM, many listing types
Sales / lettings / commercial / new homes feeds all flow into the same site from your existing CRM. We tag, route and render each correctly without duplicate data entry from your team.
Discipline-specific subpages
Each discipline has its own design rhythm. The lettings landlord page does not look like the commercial leasing page does not look like the new-homes microsite. Same brand, three voices.
Commercial listing schemas
Use class, rateable value, square footage, lease versus freehold, parking, service charge. Layout and units that commercial buyers expect, not residential boilerplate.
New-homes microsites
A microsite per development with plot grid, finishes spec and reservation flow. Lives inside your main site so brand stays consistent and SEO authority compounds.
Land & development pages
A pipeline view for land opportunities — planning status, acreage, expected GDV, off-market flag. Routes enquiries to your land team without going through the residential inbox.
Branch + team across disciplines
Each team member tagged with the disciplines they cover. The Birmingham office page shows the right people for the right enquiries; a commercial buyer never sees the residential negotiators.

A million ways this could look. None of them templates.
Every site we build is designed to spec, branded for one client. No shared theme between brands. No component kit we recycle. Your site won’t look like anyone else’s because nobody else got your brief.
-
Designed to spec. Every page laid out fresh against your brief — not a pre-made template with your logo dropped in. -
Branded to you. Typography, palette, motion language and component shape all chosen for this brand, not a previous client’s. -
Yours forever. Code lives in a git repo that is yours from day one. No platform lock-in, no proprietary CMS, no exit fee.
The multi-discipline questions.
We run sales AND lettings. Does one site cleanly handle both?
Yes — cleanly is the point. The home page surfaces the right wedge for each visitor (vendor, buyer, landlord, tenant), the discipline pages live underneath with their own designs and CTAs, and the search index handles sales and lettings without bleeding one into the other. CRM feed goes both ways; if your CRM tags a listing as for-sale or to-let, the site puts it in the right shape automatically.
We do commercial property too. What does the commercial listing look like?
Different fields, different design. A commercial property listing exposes use class, EPC, rateable value, square footage, lease terms or freehold pricing, parking, and a different gallery / floorplan layout. We honour the commercial conventions buyers expect rather than forcing commercial stock through a residential template.
We have a new-homes division. Does each development get its own page?
Yes — developments get a microsite within the main site. Site plan, plot availability, finishes spec, Help-to-Buy / shared-ownership eligibility, brochure download, reservation flow. Each plot status (available / reserved / sold) updates live from the CRM or from your sales-progression system.
Multiple offices and multiple specialisms — how do team pages work?
Each branch gets a page; each team member can be tagged with the disciplines they cover (sales, lettings, commercial, new homes, land). The team page for the Birmingham office shows the right people for the right enquiries; a buyer looking for a commercial unit sees the commercial team, not the residential negotiators.
Can home.co.uk, Homemove and homedata.co.uk plug into ALL the stock?
Yes for residential sales and lettings (sales listings on home.co.uk, transactional flow via Homemove, residential comparables via homedata.co.uk). Commercial stock is a different category and is not on home.co.uk today; we will tell you on the brief call where each portal does and does not extend.
How does the site cope with commercial disposal portfolios?
A disposal portfolio (a single landlord disposing of multiple units) gets its own page set with a portfolio overview, a unit-by-unit grid, downloadable schedule, and an enquiry route that goes to a named commercial agent rather than your general inbox. The CRM tags the lead with the disposal it came from so attribution stays clean.
One site. Every discipline.
Send us your current URL, your CRM(s), and the disciplines you run. We’ll come back inside 24 hours with a one-page spec.
