An estate-agent website powered by the portal.
For UK estate and letting agencies that want a site as good as the agents running it. £999 to build, £99 a month, including home.co.uk, Homemove and homedata.co.uk integration at no extra portal fee.
One-off build fee. Branded around your agency, wired into your CRM feed, deployed against your own domain inside one working week.
Hosting, monitoring, security, plus content / branch / team / banner edits every month. Listings flow from the CRM automatically.
Optional integration with all three included at no extra portal fee. Listings on home.co.uk, the transactional flow from Homemove, valuations powered by homedata comparables.
Brief usMost agency websites are an afterthought.
Most UK estate-agency websites are commissioned once and forgotten. A template from a property-tech vendor, badly synced to the CRM, slow on mobile, looks the same as every other agency in town. Vendors who land on it via Google bounce to the portals; buyers who get there from a property-detail page back-button straight back to Rightmove.
We are a property-stack company that also builds websites. We run Homemove, home.co.uk and homedata.co.uk. The website is the visible bit; the value is the integration with the rest of the stack — listings on the portal, valuations powered by the data layer, and the transactional flow ready when the offer comes in. £999 to build, £99 a month to run, including all three portal integrations at no extra fee.
Powered by the portal, the transaction and the data.
Moonlabs runs home.co.uk, Homemove and homedata.co.uk. Your Moonlabs site plugs into all three — the original property portal, the transactional layer and the underlying market data — for the same flat £99 a month.
-
home.co.uk — listings on Britain’s original property portal, founded 1995. -
Homemove — the AI-powered transactional flow, branded for your agency. -
homedata.co.uk — live comparables and market signal in valuations and vendor pages.
From vendor enquiry to completion.
Where the website actually earns its keep on the agent’s side of the transaction. Seven stages, what the Moonlabs build does at each.
Vendor enquiry
Instant-valuation flow on the vendor pages, powered by homedata.co.uk comparables. Vendor walks an AI prompt set; a draft market appraisal lands in your CRM with their contact details before your valuer picks up the phone.
Listing
CRM feed (Reapit, Alto, Jupix, Acquaint) syncs into the site within minutes. Image gallery, floorplans, EPC, virtual tours all in place. Same feed pushes to home.co.uk and the portals you already feed.
Buyer enquiry
AI assistant on each property page answers the obvious questions (council tax, school catchment, transport links) and books the viewing. The qualified ones land in your inbox; the noise stays on the site.
Viewing booking
Integrated calendar tied to each negotiator’s availability — Acuity, Cal.com or a custom flow against your CRM. Confirmations and reminders go out by email and SMS without a human in the loop.
Offer
Homemove’s AI-powered transactional flow runs on your own domain, branded for your agency. Offer submission, AML, KYC and right-to-sell pre-checks happen on the site, not over email.
Sale progression
A live progression page per sale, visible to vendor, buyer and your team. Comparables and market signal from homedata.co.uk stay embedded so the chain’s pricing context is one click away.
Completion & review
Post-completion automation: a thank-you, a Google / Trustpilot review request, the listing flipped to "sold via [Agency]" on the site, and the case study queued for the team page rotation.
And every month after
New branch? New team member? New service line? Updated fees? All shipped under the £99 / month. The site evolves with the business instead of becoming a project every year.
None of this requires you to leave Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket. It just means your own website finally pulls its weight in every stage of the transaction your team already runs every day.
Built for the agency, not the gallery.
CRM-synced listings
Reapit, Alto, Jupix, Acquaint or a custom feed. Sales and lettings, sold/let STC handling, withdrawn listings retired automatically. New stock live within minutes of going on the system.
Vendor valuation flows
Instant-valuation forms with comparables under the hood. Captures the lead, drafts a starter market appraisal, hands the in-person visit to your valuer with the homework done.
Branch + team pages
A page per branch with the team for that branch, opening hours, location and the listings active in that branch. Multi-office groups handled out of the box.
Landlord onboarding
Letting-side flow that takes a prospective landlord from "let agreed" to a managed property in your CRM. Right-to-rent, deposit protection, terms acceptance handled on the site.
AML & right-to-sell
Identity verification flows on offer-submission. KYC pre-checks via the Homemove rail. Audit logs your compliance officer can defend without forwarding screenshots.
News, careers, market updates
A real CMS-backed news section for sold-of-the-month stories, market reports, and Trustpilot review highlights. Careers page so recruitment lives on your own domain, not on Indeed.
Brief on Monday. Live by the end of the week.
Brief

Build
Custom Tailwind build branded around your agency. CRM feed wired by Wednesday, valuation flow and viewing booking by Thursday, branch and team pages polished by Friday morning.
Run
Friday: DNS cuts over to the new site. £99 / month from launch covers hosting, monitoring, security, and every branch / team / listing / banner change you ask for through the month.
A million ways this could look. None of them templates.
Every site we build is designed to spec, branded for one client. No shared theme between brands. No component kit we recycle. Your site won’t look like anyone else’s because nobody else got your brief.
-
Designed to spec. Every page laid out fresh against your brief — not a pre-made template with your logo dropped in. -
Branded to you. Typography, palette, motion language and component shape all chosen for this brand, not a previous client’s. -
Yours forever. Code lives in a git repo that is yours from day one. No platform lock-in, no proprietary CMS, no exit fee.
The agency questions.
We are on Reapit / Alto / Jupix / Acquaint. Does the site sync?
Yes — we plug into the major UK agency CRMs. Reapit, Alto and Jupix all have property-feed integrations we can read; Acquaint and the smaller custom systems usually expose a feed too. Listings appear on your new site within minutes of being published in the CRM, with the same status, photos and descriptions. We will confirm the integration shape with you on the brief call.
How does the home.co.uk integration actually work?
home.co.uk is one of Britain’s original property portals (founded 1995) and Moonlabs runs it. Estate-agency clients on the £999 + £99/month package can have their listings exposed on home.co.uk at no extra portal fee, with click-throughs returning to your own site. It is not a Rightmove or Zoopla replacement — it is an additional channel of qualified property traffic at no marginal cost.
We have multiple branches. Does each branch get its own page?
Yes. A branch page per office, with the team for that branch, the listings for that branch, contact details and opening hours. We have built versions of this for single-office independents and for ten-plus branch groups. Multi-branch is included in the £999 + £99 / month shape; the build week extends slightly for groups with more than five offices.
Can the site take valuations and vendor enquiries with an AI assistant?
Yes — an instant-valuation flow on your vendor pages, powered by homedata.co.uk comparables and an AI assistant that walks the vendor through the question set. The output is a draft market appraisal that lands in your CRM with the vendor’s contact details. Your valuers still own the in-person visit; the AI does the qualifying pass that used to bury your team in email.
What about Rightmove and Zoopla — do we still need to be on those?
Yes, almost certainly. We do not pretend home.co.uk replaces Rightmove or Zoopla — they are the dominant UK portals and your buyers will still find you there. home.co.uk is an extra channel layered on top. The site we build feeds all the portals you currently feed, in the formats they currently expect.
Do you write the listing copy, or do we?
Either. Most agencies’ CRM already produces decent listing copy that we render onto the new site unchanged. If you want to step the copy up, we can wire an AI rewrite layer on top of the CRM feed that rewrites every listing description for tone and SEO before it publishes. Decided on the first call; either path is included in the £99 / month.
An agency site that pulls its weight.
Send us your current URL, your CRM, and the branches. We’ll come back inside 24 hours with a one-page spec.
