What is included in the £999 build fee?
A custom-designed site of roughly five to seven pages, enquiry / contact forms, basic SEO, analytics, a real domain on your own hosting. Most projects land inside that scope; we will tell you on the first call if yours genuinely needs more.
What does the £99 / month cover?
Hosting on infrastructure we look after, monitoring and uptime alerting, security updates, a backup schedule, and small content / copy / image changes every month. It does not cover major new features — we quote those separately on a small build fee.
Why is this cheaper than a traditional UK web design agency?
Because we are operators using AI tooling, not a studio paying for a city-centre office and an account-management layer. The AI writes a lot of the keyboard work; we own the design taste, the architecture and the deploy. The saving goes to you, not into our overhead.
Do I own the code and the design?
Yes. The site, the code, the designs and the content all belong to you. If you ever want to move on we hand over the repository and the deployment instructions. There is no lock-in.
