A website built in five working days.
For UK businesses tired of "we will get back to you in eight weeks". Brief on Monday, soft launch by Friday afternoon. Custom code, your own stack, senior operators with AI tooling. The honest reason it is possible.
One-off build fee. Scope, design, build and deploy across one working week. Most sites are live by Friday afternoon.
Hosting, monitoring, security and small content / copy / image changes every month after launch. Cancel any time.
Brief on Monday, mockup Tuesday, build Wednesday, review Thursday, polish and launch Friday. Same person on the brief call ships the code.
Brief usEight weeks was always wrong.
A small-business marketing site has roughly two working days of design and three of engineering in it. A UK agency quote for that work routinely runs eight to twelve weeks. The gap is not engineering. It is scheduling between an account manager, a designer, a developer, a copywriter and a project manager, plus the review cycles that bounce between them.
We collapse all of that. One senior operator runs the brief call, draws the design, writes the code with Cursor and Claude Code, and ships the deploy. AI does the keyboard work; the operator owns the design taste, the architecture and the deadline. No PM layer, no design-by-committee, no “internal review” waiting on three different inboxes.
Monday to Friday, hour by hour.
Most agencies will not show you their schedule because they do not have one. Here is ours.
That is a typical week. Bigger sites take longer — we will tell you that on Monday morning, not on Friday afternoon. The £999 build fee does not change with the calendar.
Speed is the team, not a shortcut.
One senior operator end-to-end
The same person on the brief call writes the code and pushes the deploy. No handover between designer, developer and PM. The slowest part of an agency build is the handover; we removed it.
Cursor + Claude Code as the keyboard
AI does the boilerplate, the responsive variants, the form scaffolding, the SEO meta, the tests. We do the structure, the taste and the architecture. Two days of typing collapses to a few hours.
A starter we know cold
Laravel + Tailwind + Postgres on the same hosting we use for Homemove and home.co.uk. Auth, routing, deploy, analytics already wired. We are not learning the stack on your project.
Day-zero deploy
The repo, domain, hosting and CI/CD are stood up on Monday afternoon, before a single page is built. Every commit goes to a staging URL you can refresh from Tuesday onwards.
No design-by-committee
You see one direction by Tuesday afternoon and respond by Wednesday morning. We do not invent three concepts and ask you to pick — that drains a week from a build with no upside.
No PM, no “internal review”
There is nobody between you and the operator. No status report, no daily standup with five strangers, no calendar Tetris to schedule a Tuesday call.
Brief, build, run. Compressed into a working week.
Brief
Half-hour call Monday morning. One-page spec back inside the same day. Repo and domain stood up before close of play.
Build
Tuesday design, Wednesday build, Thursday review, Friday polish. Every commit lands on a staging URL you can refresh in your browser.
Run
£99 a month from launch onwards covers hosting, monitoring, security and small changes. The same operator who built it looks after it.
A million ways this could look. None of them templates.
Every site we build is designed to spec, branded for one client. No shared theme between brands. No component kit we recycle. Your site won’t look like anyone else’s because nobody else got your brief.
-
Designed to spec. Every page laid out fresh against your brief — not a pre-made template with your logo dropped in. -
Branded to you. Typography, palette, motion language and component shape all chosen for this brand, not a previous client’s. -
Yours forever. Code lives in a git repo that is yours from day one. No platform lock-in, no proprietary CMS, no exit fee.
The honest questions.
Is a website built in a week actually any good?
Yes — if the people building it are senior and they have the right tooling. The reason agency builds take eight to twelve weeks is rarely the engineering. It is scheduling between five different people, review cycles, account management, and waiting for client copy. We collapse all of that. The output is a custom Laravel/Tailwind site on the same stack we run our own businesses on, not a template.
What is the actual fastest you can go?
Brief Monday morning, soft launch Friday afternoon is realistic for most five-to-seven page sites. The blocker is almost always content — photos, logos, sign-offs — not engineering. We will tell you on the first call whether your project can hit a five-day shape or whether it should be two weeks, and we will not pretend otherwise to win the work.
Do I have to give you copy and photos up front?
Helpful, not essential. We draft copy with you using AI tooling on the brief call and tighten it through the week. If you have brand photography, send it; if you do not, we use editorial stock for launch and swap in real photos later under the £99 / month retainer.
How many revision rounds do I get inside the week?
As many as the week supports. Most sites land after a Wednesday review and a Friday polish — usually two rounds with the operator. Big direction changes that take it back to design are rare; if they happen we are honest about whether the launch stays on Friday or shifts a few days.
What happens if the deadline slips?
Sometimes it does — usually because of content sign-off, less often because of scope drift. If we miss Friday we tell you on Wednesday, not on Friday afternoon. There is no late-fee mechanic in either direction; we just keep building until it is live.
Why is this not a templated site, given the speed?
Because the speed is in the people and the tooling, not in shortcuts. We use Cursor, Claude Code and a Laravel / Tailwind starter we know well — the same stack behind Homemove and home.co.uk — not a Wix template with your logo dropped in. The code that lands in your repository is custom-written for your business.
Brief on Monday. Live by Friday.
Tell us about the business and the audience. If we’re a fit, we’ll come back inside 24 hours with a one-page spec and a Monday brief slot.
