AI for professional services, built around your matter file.

Accountants, solicitors, consultancies, advisory firms. We embed senior AI engineers inside your firm to automate the document, drafting and review work that consumes your associates — with the audit logs, controls and confidentiality your clients expect.

Professional services firms are document-heavy, partner-led, time-poor and rightly cautious about client data. Most AI consultancies pitching at them either build glossy chatbots or recommend a frontier-lab proof-of-concept that never ships. We are operators. We run our own regulated, document-heavy businesses; we know what production AI inside a careful firm actually looks like.

We have spent the last three years rebuilding our own companies around AI — Homemove, home.co.uk and homedata.co.uk. Compliance, document control, audit trails and client confidentiality are part of how we already build, not a bolt-on at the end.

Drafting. Review. Disclosure. Bundling. Memo generation. Engagement-letter prep. Audit pack support. Client onboarding. Conflict checks. Time-recording narratives. Monthly retainer plus transparent hourly delivery; most engagements pay back inside the first quarter.

Document-heavy by default

We build for firms whose unit of work is a document. Drafting, comparison, redaction, retrieval and review — with confidence scoring, citations back to source, and human-in-the-loop on anything that leaves the firm.

Audit logs and access control

Every prompt, model call, model output and human override logged. Per-matter and per-client access controls. NDAs and DPAs as standard. Defaults that survive a partners’ meeting and a client’s information-security review.

First-quarter pay-back

We start with the workflow that pays back fastest — usually the one consuming the most associate hours. Most clients save more in the first quarter than the entire engagement costs.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is this different from a generic AI consultancy that says it serves professional services?

Generic AI consultancies start with a sector-agnostic methodology and bolt confidentiality on at the end. We start with the matter file, the chargeable hour, the partner-review gate and the client-information-security review — because those are the constraints we already operate inside in our own businesses.

Will our client data train external models?

No. We default to deployments inside your own cloud and your own controls, with private model endpoints. We never train external models on your data without an explicit written agreement. NDAs and DPAs are signed as standard.

What types of firm do you work with?

Accountancy firms, law firms, management consultancies, surveyors, advisory boutiques and ops-heavy advisory businesses. From owner-managed practices through to mid-market groups. Single-office through multi-jurisdiction.

How do partners review what the AI produces?

Every output is tied back to its source documents and prompts. Partners review and sign off where they would today — the AI shortens the cycle, it does not replace the gate. Audit logs make a partner’s sign-off defensible to a client or a regulator.

What does AI for a professional services firm cost?

A monthly retainer reserves capacity and covers planning and oversight; delivery hours are billed transparently on top. Rate quoted on the first call once we have seen the shape of the work and the firm size.
