Why don't you list to Rightmove and Zoopla on day 1? +

Pre-market gives the vendor seven days of focused buyer attention before the listing crowds compete with everything else online. Buyers register, AML clears in the background, and Saturday concentrates viewings into a single window. If unsold, the listing goes live everywhere on day 8 with launch-event social proof attached.

What does "qualified buyer" mean? +

A buyer who has registered with acorn, completed an AML pre-check, and confirmed funding stage (cash, mortgage in principle, or chain status). The branch confirms each Saturday slot before booking. Vendors see the profile of every buyer before they walk through the door.

Does Showcase cost the vendor more? +

No. Showcase is included on the acorn selling fee - and the acorn fee is risk-free, paid only on completion. There are no Showcase add-ons, surcharges or pre-market premiums.

What if Saturday doesn't produce an offer? +

The listing goes live on Rightmove and Zoopla on Monday with the launch-event report attached as social proof - buyers see "9 viewings booked, asking-price feedback" right at the top. Most properties that don't sell at launch sell in week 2.

How does AML pre-check work? +

When a buyer registers, they're prompted to complete an AML check via Onfido. It's typically done in 5 minutes and clears within the hour. The result lives in the acorn record and travels with the buyer - they don't have to redo it on every offer.
